past tense of "throw"

  • My mom threw a frisbee to our dog.
  • We threw a big party to celebrate.
  • Angel threw out all the crumbs and napkins.

 

Note: The word thorough looks a lot like through, but it has an extra "o", is pronounced differently, and means "complete", as in "You did a very thorough job on that assignment."
